This article explains how providers can schedule and access telehealth session.


How to Schedule and Access Telehealth Appointments?

  1. Schedule Appointment: 
    Click here for more guidance on how to create an appointment with Telehealth. Note: You must choose Telehealth from Home as the Place of Service (POS). 
  2. Access Appointment:
    1. Click on the "My Schedule" tab from the navigation menu, and click on "Calendar View." It will redirect you to the Calendar View. 
    2. Find the appointment and click on it. You can identify a telehealth appointment by the video icon in the appointment details.

Once you click on the appointment, a popup box displaying appointment details will appear on your screen. In the pop-up box, click on 'Start Telehealth Appointment' to initiate the session.

C. Read and acknowledge all the instructions and share the meeting link with your clients. You can either copy the link and send it to them or you can directly send the link. 


D. Once you have sent the link to your clients, you start the sessions by clicking on the "Start Your Session" button. A new tab will open where you need to fill in your name and join the meeting. You will have the feature to use dark mode, mute or unmute your video, and audio, enlarge the screen, share your window/screen, and chat during the call.
