View and Manage All The Patients

The Patient(s) tab is the third tab on the Dashboard screen. Within this tab you can do the following: 

A. Filters - You can use the various search bars, such as Name, Contact Info, Date of Birth, Gender, and SPUV. Provider, Place of Service, Primary Insurance, Region and Status, to filter down to a specific patient.

B. Patient Name - You can go to the patient info screen by clicking on a patient's name.

C. Authorizations Icon - If you click on the green icon, you will see a pop-up box giving a brief description of the patient's authorization. You can go to the authorizations page by clicking on Go To Auth or add a new authorization by clicking on Add New Auth. The Authorization module can also be found on the sidebar of the patient Info screen. If the icon is red, it means that the authorization is inactive, if the icon is green, the authorization is green and if the icon is grey, it means there is no authorization


D. Status - You can choose the status of the client (i.e. active, inactive, waitlisted, etc.) These statuses can be customized in the settings. You can also see the count of active and inactive patients on the top left of your screen.
