Patient Tab offers an overview of all patients who signed up for TherapyPM. As you navigate through the Patient Module, it will display a list of patients and their information. 

Viewing and Managing All The Patients on the List

Select Patients Tab from the left navigation bar. It will redirect you to the Patient Tab, where you can see a list of patients. Refer to the images below. 

The third tab denotes the Patient tab, as shown in the image above. 


FILTERS


The Patients list consists of information below:

  1. Patient: Displays the patient’s name. Click the name to navigate directly to their profile.
  2. Waitlist: Use the dropdown to indicate whether the patient is on the waitlist (Yes or No).
  3. Phone: Shows the phone number added to the patient’s profile.
  4. DOB: Displays the date of birth from the patient’s profile.
  5. Gender: Shows the gender selected in the patient’s profile.
  6. SUPV. Provider: Displays the supervising provider selected in the patient’s authorization.
  7. Insurance: Shows the insurance selected in the patient’s authorization.
  8. Region: The region can be edited directly from this page or updated within the patient’s profile.
  9. Auth: The authorization card indicates whether the patient has an active authorization, an expired authorization, or no authorization on file.
  10. Status: Use the dropdown to select and update the patient’s current status.

Additionally, you can also filter the preferred patients' names from the list by using the search box provided under the headings.


 


AUTHORIZATIONS ICON


The Authorization column gives you a quick overview of each patient’s authorization status.

  • Grey authorization card: No authorization is present in the patient’s profile.

  • Red authorization card: An authorization exists, but it has expired.

  • Green authorization card: The patient has an active authorization in their profile.

To view specific authorizations, click the patient’s authorization card in the list.
A pop-up titled All Authorizations will appear, displaying a brief summary of all authorizations associated with that patient (as shown in the image below).



BULK UPDATE



You can bulk-select multiple patients at once and update their region or status in just a few clicks.
Simply select the patients, use the dropdown above to choose Region or Status, and update the details instantly.
