Patient Tab offers an overview of all patients who signed up for TherapyPM. As you navigate through the Patient Module, it will display a list of patients and their information, similar to that of List View.
Viewing and Managing All The Patients on the List
Navigate to the Blue Dashboard screen on the left. Select Patients. It will redirect you to the Patient Tab, where you can see a list of patients. Refer to the images below.
The third tab denotes the Patient tab, as shown in the image above.
FILTERS
The All Patients list consists of information like:
- Patient
- Wait List
- Phone
- DOB (Date of Birth)
- Gender
- SUPV. Provider
- Insurance
- Region
- Auth
- Status
Additionally, you can also filter the preferred patients' names from the list by using the search box provided under the headings.
VIEWING PATIENT NAME
To view further information about your preferred patient, you can click on the patient's name. It will redirect you to the Patient Info screen, where you can add or edit patient information.
AUTHORIZATIONS ICON
- To view your preferred patients' authorizations in the All Patients list, navigate to the green icon on the Auth column (second right).
- A pop-up All Authorizations will appear, as shown in the image below. It gives a brief description of the patient's authorization - Description, Onset Date, End Date, Primary Insurance, Treatment Type, UCI, and Actions.
- Under the Actions column (right), click on Go to Auth to view the authorizations list.
- To add a new authorization, click on Add New Auth. Under the orange Actions button, you can either select Add Authorizations or Copy Authorization. For more info, refer to this article.
- The Ins/Authorization option is present on the same sidebar as the Patient Info option. You can view the status of the authorizations there - Active (Green), and Inactive (Red). No authorization (grey)
PATIENT'S STATUS
You can choose the client's status (i.e. active, inactive, waitlisted, etc.) These statuses can be customized in the settings. You can also see the count of active and inactive patients on the top left of your screen.
On the Status column (right), you can choose the patient's status - Inactive, Active, Leaving Soon, On-Hold, Wait-List, Pending Approval, Onboarding, and Rendered. You can also customize these statuses in the settings.
Note: You can see the number of active and inactive patients denoted on the top left of your screen.
