Manage Note Access for Patients



  1. Navigate to the blue navigation bar on the left. Go to Patients. Under the All Patients list, select your preferred patient. 
  2. Click the Note Access option to view the note templates available.
  3. In the Note Access screen, you can manage patient viewing permissions of the session by selecting or deselecting the corresponding checkboxes. It allows you to control which notes can be visible to the patient.
  4. Check on the note which you want the clients to view Uncheck on the note you don't want the client to view.
  5. After selecting the template, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Save button.
