This article explains how you can assign respective patient(s) to the staffs.


How To Assign Patient(s)?


  • Click on the Staff Tab from the left navigation bar and select the desired staff. 
  • Once you've selected the staff, click on "Assigned Patients" located at the bottom of the staff navigation tab. This feature allows you to select individual patients or a group of patients for whom the selected staff member will provide quality care.
  • Select the name(s) of the patient(s) from the list and click on the "Add" button. 


You can only select one name at a time. However, if you hold down "Shift" key while selecting or click on a patient name and drag down, you can choose multiple patients.


  • You can view all the 'Assigned Patients' on the right side of the screen. 
  • To remove a patient, you would need to follow a similar process. Click on their name found under "Assigned Patients" and click on "Remove".


This process works similar to the Clinician Team feature.
