This tab contains information about the qualification and clearance of an employee(s) credentials along with the documentation.


  • Navigate to the Staff module (left). Under the Staff list, select your preferred staff member.
  • Go to Credentials on the left. You will see the following categories for uploading provider-related documents: 
    1. Credentials: 
      This refers to the formal certifications, licenses, or registrations held by a staff member that are necessary for their profession. These are often issued by a professional organization or a governing body.
    2. Clearances: These are checks or approvals that verify a staff member's suitability to work with specific populations or in specific settings.
    3. Qualifications: This category refers to the specific skills, training, or academic achievements that a staff member has attained.
    4. Other Documents: 
      This is a more general category that can store additional documents related to the staff member. Examples: Resumes, letters of recommendation, or any other relevant documents that might be needed for HR or compliance purposes.




How to Add A New Provider Credential Document?

Each section has the same action buttons, as well as the same ability to upload documents. "Add Credential" under the heading Credentials is used as an example below to explain the process. 

  • Step 1: Click on the heading "Credentials" and click on the blue "Add Credentials" button. A popup window will open up where you can upload details.
  • Step 2: Fill in the following information:
    • Description: Type in the name of the credential.
    • Date Issue: Enter the date on which the credential was obtained.
    • Date Expired: Enter the date on which the credential will expire.
    • File Name: Click "Choose File" to select a document from your computer to upload. You can also simply drag and drop the file.  
    • Credential Not Applicable: If the Provider does not need credentials, click on this checkbox.

How to Manage Provider Credentials?


The added credentials can be viewed, edited, and deleted using the options in the table available on the Credentials screen.

  1. View: Click the eye under the File column to see the respective document.
  2. Edit: Click the paper-pen icon to make edits to the document.
  3. Delete: Click the red trash icon to remove the document.
