This tab contains information about the qualification and clearance of an employee(s) credentials along with the documentation.


There are three topics that can be tracked in this tab:

  1. Credentials
  2. Clearances
  3. Qualifications




Each section has the same action buttons, as well as the same ability to upload documents. "Add Credential" under the heading Credentials is used as an example below to explain the process. 


  • Step 1 - Click on the heading "Credentials" and click on "Add Credentials" A popup window will open up where you can upload details.
  • Step 2 - Fill in the following information
    • Credential - Type in the name of the credential.
    • Date Issue - Enter the date on which the credential was obtained.
    • Date Expired - Enter the date in which the credential will expire.
    • File Name - Click "Choose File" to select a document from your computer to upload. You can also simply drag and drop the file.  
    • Credential Not Applicable - If the Provider does not need credentials, click on this option.


 To edit/delete the already uploaded credentials, click on the heading "Credentials" and access the icons under the subheading "Files"

  • Paper & Pen Icon - If you can click on this icon, you can view and edit the already uploaded information. 
  • Trash - If you click on this icon, you can delete the credentials.
