This article explains how to view payment/transaction history in the Patient Portal.
How to View and Manage Payment/Transaction History?
- Click the My Invoice(s) module in the left navigation.
- Navigate to the Transaction(s) tab on top. All the credit card transactions and added cards will be available.
- Patients can add a new card to the file by clicking the orange Add Card button on the top right.
- Patients can also view their payment history from the My Info module. Under this module, click the Payment Info tab. The patient can also add card details for outstanding payments by clicking the "Add Card" button (top right).
