How to view and manage payment/ transaction history


  1. In the Patient Portal, click the My Invoice(s) tab in the left navigation.
  2. In the Manage Invoice(s) tab, all the generated patient invoices will be available, and the option to print the invoice is available.
  3. In the Transaction(s) tab, all the credit card transactions and added cards will be available. Also, patients can add a new card to the file by clicking the Add Card button.
  4. Patients can view their payment history from the My Info module. Click the Payment Info tab after clicking the My Info option to view payment info. Additionally, the patient can also add their card information to complete outstanding payments by clicking the Add Card button.
