The Group Therapy Appointment feature allows you to conduct sessions for two or more people in a single session. This helps save time and resources and reduces confusion with multiple schedules for each individual. 


To create a Group Therapy Appointment with your patients, follow the instructions below:


  1. Click the “+” icon, and select the Create Appointment button.
  2. A popup Add Appointments will appear with multiple options. Select the Group Therapy option.

    group therapy toggle switched on in the authorization tab will appear here.]


  1. Add the service from the drop-down menu. Click here to learn how to create a group authorization. 
  2. To add additional patients to the appointment, click the + button and follow the previous steps. Also to delete the added patient click the "delete" icon.
  3. To add another patient, click the "+" icon next to the Auth and Service drop-down box. Add the patient's name to the other drop-down box. You can also delete the patient name by clicking the trash icon next to the Auth. 
  4. Fill in the rest of the information in the Group Therapy option. Click on Save to create a new group session.
