How to Manage Appointments in My Schedule?
Navigate to the Appointment module on the left. Click on My Schedule under the drop-down. You will see a list of upcoming appointments under "Manage Sessions".
The features under My Schedule are as follows:
- Filters: Use the filters to refine your search as you go through the appointments to find the specific ones. The filters include Date Range, Provider, Service, Status, and Notes.
- Billable/Non-Billable Toggle: TherapyPM lets you view billable or non-billable appointments by toggling the Billable/Non-Billable option in the top-right corner.
- Calendar View: Click this button to view the provider schedule in calendar format.
- Download List View: Use the download icon to save the list view as a PDF or CSV for convenient offline access.
OTHER OPTIONS
Action Column
Select the three horizontal dots under the Action column of the chosen appointment. It will provide the following options:
- Add Notes: Clicking on this option opens a pop-up. Select the preferred note from the drop-down. Make changes to the notes and Save them.
- View Notes: Clicking on this option will open a pop-up. You can view the note(s) that you added previously. Edit or update the form and Save changes finally!
- View Hirasmus Notes: Gain insight into HiRasmus-specific notes for comprehensive understanding.
- Copy Notes: Create duplicate notes for further editing or modification.
- Location: Access the location details linked to the appointment.
- Edit Appointment: Edit or update the details for the appointment existing already, and Save Changes.
- View Signature: Review the signatures of both the patient and provider for verification.
- Upload Notes: Select your preferred form under the drop-down list and click Upload Note. Also, upload a PDF file next to the drop-down.
Drop-Down (Bottom Left Corner)
Select the preferred appointment(s) using checkboxes and choose the option from the drop-down below.
- Bulk Delete: Delete more than one appointment in one click.
- Monthly Utilization & Total Utilization: After selecting the option from the first drop-down, choose the desired appointment status from the second drop-down list to update the appointment status in the list.
- Update Status: Same as the previous point.
Session Notes Evaluation
View the session notes taken during each session, and identify its status based on the color. It is located in the Notes column.
- Black: No notes are available.
- Yellow: Notes require evaluation.
- Green: Notes have been reviewed and approved.
