The Scheduler Reports section helps in tracking details of high-priority scheduled sessions, that requires attention. For additional information, click on each task. 



Scheduled - Not Rendered

These are sessions that have been scheduled but not yet rendered by the provider. They can view if they need to continue billing the session or cancel them. You can view the lists at your preferred date/date range, and download them for future reference. 


Sessions - Not Attended Last Week

This table provides a list of sessions that were scheduled but not catered in the previous weeks. The staff can either accept or cancel sessions with their patients. You can view the lists at your preferred date/date range, and download them for future reference. 


Sessions with Missing Patient/Provider Signature 

This table highlights sessions that have been rendered, but cannot be billed due to missing patient/provider signature. You can filter the results by choosing the provider and the date/date range to view the list. The files are also available for download. 


Session Notes Missing 

This table shows the list of sessions in which the notes are either missing or incomplete, based on the date of service they rendered for. You can select the patients, provider, and date/date range for filtered results. 


Sessions with Unlocked Notes

This table shows the list of sessions with unlocked notes. You can select the patients, provider, and date/date range to view filtered results. 


Scheduled/ Rendered/ Canceled Client Count

This table shows the list of clients who have turned in for sessions for each month. Also, it shows how many sessions have been scheduled, rendered, or canceled. You can check the count of clients for each of these categories with the date/date range option given above. 


Patients Without Schedule

This table shows the list of clients who haven’t scheduled sessions, based on any given date range selection.
