This article explains how to generate the gusto payroll report.
How to Download the Gusto Payroll Report?
- Navigate to the Report module on the left.
- Under All Reports, select Gusto Payroll report.
- Use the filters to generate the data table – Choose Payroll Year, Choose Payroll Period, and Staff.
The table consists of the following information:
- Last Name: Shows the provider’s last name.
- First Name: Shows the provider’s first name.
- Title: Shows provider’s assigned title.
- Gusto ID: Shows provider’s Gusto ID (This field is editable).
- Test Column: Shows test column (This field is editable).
- Billable Services: Shows the number of billable services of the provider (This field is editable).
- Regular Hours: Shows regular working hours of providers.
- Non-Billable Hours: Shows the non-billable hours of providers.
- Note: Shows any notes written by the providers.
Drop-Down Option:
A drop-down option exists on the bottom left of the screen, with the only option of ‘Save’.
- Select the name(s) from the list using checkboxes.
- Select Save from the drop-down and click Go.
- The changes will be saved for the ones you were editing.
Table Column:
- Click the Gear icon on the top right. A pop-up Table Column will appear.
- Create a new column by selecting the service type and service name to be displayed.
- After selecting the options, click “Add” and “Close”.
- Your new column will appear on the Gusto Report page.
- Edit Custom Column: Click the pencil icon to edit the custom column.
- Delete Custom Column: Click the red trash icon to remove the custom column.
Download:
- Click the three horizontal dots on the top right corner of the screen.
- Choose either one of the options: Download PDF, or Download CSV.
- Click on the download icon in the Quick Tray icon to view your downloads.
