This article explains how you can create a new place of service. 

Place of Service

A. Navigate to the settings tab and locate "Billing Setup"

B. Locate "Place of Service" from the sub-tab.

C. You will see a list of POS that you have added in the past. To create a new one, click on the "Add Place of Service" button on the right side of the screen. 

D. Enter the name of the Place Of Service and its code and click on save.

E. If the added POS, is meant to be a virtual session, click on the Telehealth toggle. 

F. To edit the place of service, click on the pen-paper icon. To delete it, click on the trash icon. 

If the POS is currently in use, you would not be able to delete it.
