  1. Use the selection checkbox to select the session for which you would like to allocate the payment.
  2. Payment Field - Update the payment amount.
  3. Adjustment Field - View the adjustment made for every amount that has been updated in the payment tab.
  4. Reason Field - Choose the reason behind each payment from a list of options from Contractual Adj to Billed to Secondary.
  5. Status Field - Manually update the status for easier navigation per payment.
  6. Secondary Payer - Select the secondary payer.
  7. Hint Notes - Use the "Plus" icon to add a note and click the "Comment" icon to view the added note if a hint note is available.
  8. You can save the changes in three different formats as given below.
  • View Transaction
  • Same as Billed
  • Same as Balance
