How To Apply Payment - Table Data

Table Data
- Use the selection checkbox to select the session for which you would like to allocate the payment.
- Payment Field - Update the payment amount.
- Adjustment Field - View the adjustment made for every amount that has been updated in the payment tab.
- Reason Field - Choose the reason behind each payment from a list of options from Contractual Adj to Billed to Secondary.
- Status Field - Manually update the status for easier navigation per payment.
- Secondary Payer - Select the secondary payer.
- Hint Notes - Use the "Plus" icon to add a note and click the "Comment" icon to view the added note if a hint note is available.
- You can save the changes in three different formats as given below.
- View Transaction
- Same as Billed
- Same as Balance
