This article explains how clients can pay their balances.


TherapyPM allows patients to view their pay statements, and complete outstanding payments directly from their portal. 


How to Process Payment?

  1. Click the My Invoice(s) tab in the left navigation.
  2. Click the Manage Invoice(s) tab on the top to view all the invoices generated for the patient. 
  3. Click the orange Action button on the top right. Select the Pay via CC option. It will redirect you to another web browser. 
  4. There are two options to complete the payment: Card on file or Pay Via New Card.
  5. Click the Card on File tab. Choose the card you want to use and click "Pay."                                                            (OR)
  6. Click the Pay Via New Card tab. Enter the below information to complete the payment:

    1. Card Holder's First Name

    2. Card Holder's Last Name

    3. The Card Number.

    4. Expiry Month

    5. Year 

    6. CVV

    7. Notes

    8. Click the Pay button to complete the payment.
