This article details on how to create and manage charts and call logs.


How to manage charts and logs in the patient info module:


  1. Navigate to the patient tab from the navigation bar at the left side of your screen and select the specific patient to access their information.
  2. After selecting the patient, click on the "Documentation" option to access all the details regarding the patient's appointment sessions.
  3. Click the Chart tab at the top.
  4. Click the (...) button to create a new chart or new log.
  5. Action column - 
    1. View icon - Click the icon to view the added chart or log.
    2. Edit icon - Click the icon to edit the added chart.


The logs added in the Call Log screen in the Patient Info module will appear in the Chart section of Documentation module.
