This article details on how to create and manage charts and call logs.
How to manage charts and logs in the patient info module:
- Navigate to the patient tab from the navigation bar at the left side of your screen and select the specific patient to access their information.
- After selecting the patient, click on the "Documentation" option to access all the details regarding the patient's appointment sessions.
- Click the Chart tab at the top.
- Click the (...) button to create a new chart or new log.
- Action column -
- View icon - Click the icon to view the added chart or log.
- Edit icon - Click the icon to edit the added chart.
The logs added in the Call Log screen in the Patient Info module will appear in the Chart section of Documentation module.
