This article details on how to create and manage charts and call logs.
The Documentation option under the Patients module allows you to manage session notes linked to patient appointments. Under Documentation, the Charts tab at the top allows you to create, view, and edit call logs and records associated with patient interactions and communications.
How to manage charts and logs in the Documentation option?
- Navigate to the blue navigation bar on the left. Go to the Patients module.
- Under the All Patients list, select your preferred patient using filters.
- After selecting the patient, click on the "Documentation" option to access all the details regarding the patient's appointment sessions.
- Click the Chart tab at the top. A list of call logs and their information will appear here.
- Click the (...) button on the top right to create a new chart or new log.
ACTION COLUMN
The Action column (right) allows you to view or edit the call log.
- View Icon: Click the icon to view the added chart or log.
- Edit Icon: Click the icon to edit the added chart.
Note: When you add a call log in the Patient Module, it appears in the Chart section of the Documentation option under the respective patient.
