This article explains how to request a new Eligibility.


  1. Click the Eligibility option under the Billing tab in the left navigation.
  2. You can also access the Eligibility module by clicking the "+" icon and selecting the Eligibility & Benefits option.
  3. In the Eligibility module, click the orange Request Eligibility button on the top right corner. A pop-up will appear. 
  4. In this screen, enter the information to create a new Eligibility Request. This screen will also show how many remaining requests are available for the facility.
    1. Select the Patient Name.
    2. Select the Authorization from the list.
    3. Select Benefit Type.
    4. Enter the Date.
    5. Select the NPI number.
    6. Click on "Request Eligibility'. 
    7. Once it is processed, the response will be opened in a new tab.
