This is one of the modules in the Payment section of TherapyPM which offers features to create desposits, manage deposits and apply payments for the deposits.


Manage Deposits


Deposits added to TherapyPM will appear in this data table along with all the necessary information. The table also provides options under the Action(...) column to apply payment to the deposit and manage the deposit. Below are the features available in the Cash Posting screen:


  1. Filter Option - Use the filters at the top of the screen to generate the required deposit list in the table. 
  2. Add Deposit - Click this button to add a new deposit.
  3. Deposit List Table - The generated deposit table contains the below information
    1. Deposit date
    2. Check No
    3. Payee name
    4. Payee type
    5. Allocated amount
    6. Unallocated amount
    7. Pay type
  4. Notes - Click this option to view any added hint notes to the deposit.
  5. Action Column - 
    1. Apply Payment - Click this option to apply payment for the deposit.
    2. Edit Deposit - To make any updates/edits to a deposit click this option.
    3. Delete Deposit - Click this option to remove the deposit.
    4. Deposit Details - Click the option to view the deposit details which will be generated under the deposit list table.
    5. History - This option will show a quick look at any updates made to this deposit.
    6. Print Receipt - Click this option to print/ view the deposit receipt.
    7. ERA text file - This option will be applicable for EFT Cash Type. Clicking this option will down the ERA text file.
  6. Show Detail(s) - Use the checkbox in the deposit list table to select multiple deposits and select this option and click the Go button to generate the Deposit Detail(s) table.
