Staff members cannot delete appointments directly from the calendar view. To remove an appointment, follow these steps:
Steps to Delete Appointments
Access My Schedule
- Navigate to the Appointment module in the staff portal.
- Click on My Schedule to view your appointments.
Select Appointments
- Locate the session(s) you wish to delete.
- Select the appointment(s) from the list.
- Locate the session(s) you wish to delete.
Use Bulk Delete
- Click on the dropdown menu.
- Select Bulk Delete to remove the selected appointments.
Save Changes
- Click on Ok save your changes.
