Staff members cannot delete appointments directly from the calendar view. To remove an appointment, follow these steps:

Steps to Delete Appointments

  1. Access My Schedule

    • Navigate to the Appointment module in the staff portal.
    • Click on My Schedule to view your appointments.
  2. Select Appointments

    • Locate the session(s) you wish to delete.
    • Select the appointment(s) from the list.
  3. Use Bulk Delete

    • Click on the dropdown menu.
    • Select Bulk Delete to remove the selected appointments.
  4. Save Changes

    • Click on Ok save your changes.
