This article explains how to exclude insurance(s) for a provider.
How to Exclude Insurance(s)?
Navigate to the Staff module (left). Select your preferred staff(s) under the Staff list. Go to Insurance Exclusion on the left.
Under Insurance Exclusion, these are the following features:
- Insurance tab: Provides a list of all insurances that can be excluded from the staff. Click on an insurance name to select, or hold Ctrl + Click to select multiple insurance names.
- Exclude Selected Insurances: Excludes all selected insurances and moves them to the right side
- Delete: Click the cross button in the Action column on the right to remove the insurance from the staff member's exclusions.
