The appointment tab provides an overview of the previous and upcoming sessions.


The Appointment Tab allows you to manage and organize all your patient and provider schedules in one place. It is an easy-to-use platform where admin, staff, and patients can view, edit, and track appointments in different formats. Additionally, you can manage sessions easily, monitor recurring appointments, and sync schedules with external calendars. This helps reduce errors and improve workflow. 



TherapyPM provides five different appointment views.

List View:

The list view offers a tabular view of patient(s) or provider(s) sessions in a list. It also enables you to edit sessions in bulk at once. 



Calendar View:

Calendar View represents multiple appointments and sessions in a visual format. The sessions are scheduled based on calendar date format, and can be synced with any service calendar platform - Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, or Bing Calendar. You can also view schedules in Day, Week, or Month view. 




Calendar View (New):

The new calendar view represents sessions and appointments visually in a calendar format, but more dynamically. It also provides flexibility in filtering and searching for appointments. It is similar to the original calendar view but with additional features. 



Timeline View:

Timeline View represents appointments and sessions visually in a timeline format. It allows admins to manage appointments between providers and patients at given intervals. The sessions can be synced with any service calendar platform - Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, or Bing Calendar. You can also view the schedule in Day, Week, or Month view. 



Recurring Session:
The Recurring Session list provides a list of patients with recurring appointments at certain times.
