Staff Reports provides an overview of your staff’s statuses, such as time off, credentials, and signature in session – missing or expiring. For additional information, click on each task.

Time Off Management
This table provides a list of time off requests submitted by your staff. It shows the staff name, time off date, description, and status (pending, approved, rejected). Click on the date range above to view the patients and their details. You can approve or reject the requests by clicking on the three horizontal dots in the action column.

Missing Credentials
This table displays a list of staff members who do not have credentials entered in their staff profile under the Credentials tab. It includes the first and last names of providers whose credential information has not yet been added.
This report helps identify missing details so profiles can be updated and kept compliant.

Missing Credentials Files
This table displays a list of staff members who have missing credential files in their staff profile under the Credentials tab. It shows the provider’s first and last name, the number of missing files, and the names of the required credential documents that have not yet been uploaded.

Missing Other Document Files
This table displays a list of staff members who have missing Other Document files in their staff profile under the Credentials tab. It shows the provider’s first and last name, the number of missing files, and the names of the required credential documents that have not yet been uploaded.

Expiring Credentials in 30 days
This table provides a list of those staff whose credentials have been expired. It allows you to remind them to upload new credentials. For seamless experience and saving time, you can filter the results based on time intervals – 60 days, 90 days, and 120 days.

Provider Signature Missing in Session
This table provides a list of staff/providers who have not uploaded their signatures based on specific reasons. You can select the providers and the date/date range. It shows the provider name, date of service (DOS), session time, patient name, service and hours, and their statuses.

BCBA Billable KPI
BCBAs can track how many hours each Behavior Technician (BT) has completed and how many are still required for the month using the BCBA Billable KPI Report in TherapyPM. This section provides a detailed view of BT hours, including totals completed versus remaining, with a breakdown by client and by week, along with the total hours spent with each client during that week and overall monthly totals.
The report also includes a breakdown by CPT code, showing total hours, the percentage of hours per code, and provider-specific hours. This helps monitor productivity, maintain billing accuracy, and stay on track with monthly targets.
