This article explains how to edit an already existing primary and secondary authorization service.
TherapyPM makes it easier for you to edit your primary and secondary authorization services in one place, without having to navigate through multiple tabs or paperwork. The process is very simple.
Please follow the steps below to edit the authorization services - primary or secondary.
Editing A Primary Authorization Service
- Click the Patient(s) tab in the left navigation.
- In the Patients list, select the patient.
- In the patient info module, click the Ins/ Authorization option. Select the preferred primary authorization for editing.
- Click the Service Utilization tab. Then, click the Primary Utilization tab.
- Select the service you wish to update from the service table. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon next to it in the Action column (right).
- In the Edit Service screen, change or update service information. Click Save to apply changes!

Editing A Secondary Authorization Service
- Click the Patient(s) tab in the left navigation.
- In the Patients list, select the patient.
- In the patient info module, click the Ins/ Authorization option. Select the preferred secondary authorization for editing.
- Click the Service Utilization tab. Then, click the Secondary Utilization tab.
- Select the service you wish to update from the service table. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon next to it in the Action column.
- In the Edit Secondary Utilization screen, change or update the required service information. Click Save to apply changes!
