This article explains how you can exclude CPT codes for your clinic. 


How To Exclude CPT Code(s)?


  1. In the Settings tab (left), navigate to Billing Setup and click on "CPT Code Exclusion(s)". There are two tabs: Available CPT Codes (left) and Excluded CPT Codes (right). 
  2. To exclude a CPT code, select the specific code from the left box titled "Available Cpt Codes" and click on the "Add" button. 
  3. To undo the above process, you would need to follow a similar process. Select the specific code under "Excluded CPT Codes"  and click on the "Remove" button.


Note: Once you have excluded the CPT code, you will not be able to use it for scheduling and billing process.
