This article explains how you can create a new referring provider.


Manage Referring Providers


  1. Navigate to the Settings tab (left). Locate "Referring Provider" under Staff Setup.
  2. This section shows the list of all referring providers that were created, as well as their information. Please feel free to review, edit, and remove the information, as you'd like.
  3. Click the blue box under the preferred provider to view the list of patients assigned under them. 


How to Create a New Referring Provider?

  1. Click the "Add Referring Provider" button on the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up will appear. 
  2. Enter the below information:
    1. Provider First Name: Enter the provider's first name.
    2. Provider Last Name: Enter the provider's last name.  
    3. Title: Select the suitable title from the drop-down menu. 
    4. Organization Name: Enter your facility name. 
    5. Office Contact Name: Enter your office contact name. 
    6. Office Phone Number: Enter your office phone number. 
    7. Office Address: Enter your office address. 
    8. NPI: Enter your appropriate NPI. 
    9. ID Qualifier: Enter the proper ID Qualifier from the drop-down menu. 
    10. ID: Enter the ID. 
    11. Fax Number: Enter your fax number. 
    12. Save: Click the Save button to create the referring provider.


Other Actions

For further actions, navigate the Action column (right): 

  1. Edit Icon: Click this option to edit the referring provider information.
  2. Delete Icon: Click this option to remove the referring provider from the list.
