This article explains how to exclude an authorization service for a provider, preventing them from selecting the service when scheduling an appointment.



How to Exclude a Service?

Navigate to the Staff module on the left. Under Staff list, click on your preferred staff(s). Go to Service Exclusion on the left. 

Under Service Exclusion, you can see the following features: 

  1. Service: This tab displays all the current services in the practice. You can select one service, or use the Click + Ctrl key to select multiple services. 
  2. Exclude Selected Service: Moves all selected services from the left side to the right side, excluding them. 
  3. Delete: Removes an exclusion from the staff member on the list view (right). Click on the cross under the Action column to remove the service.
