Follow these steps to locate and edit a claim in the Cash Posting module:

Steps to Edit a Claim

1. Access Cash Posting

  • Navigate to Payment>Cash Posting in the system.
  • Locate the deposit details by entering one of the following:
    • Deposit Date Range
    • Check date range
    • Payee
    • Check Number in the Check No field
    • Payee name

2. View Deposit Details

  • Click View to locate the Deposit Details.
  • Select the checkbox next to the deposit.
  • Click Show Details to expand the information and Hit Go.

3. Edit the Claim

  • Click the Pencil icon next to the respective claim.
  • Make the necessary corrections.

4. Save Changes

  • Click Save from the dropdown to click OK to apply the updates.
