Follow these steps to locate and edit a claim in the Cash Posting module:
Steps to Edit a Claim
1. Access Cash Posting
- Navigate to Payment>Cash Posting in the system.
- Locate the deposit details by entering one of the following:
- Deposit Date Range
- Check date range
- Payee
- Check Number in the Check No field
- Payee name
2. View Deposit Details
- Click View to locate the Deposit Details.
- Select the checkbox next to the deposit.
- Click Show Details to expand the information and Hit Go.
3. Edit the Claim
- Click the Pencil icon next to the respective claim.
- Make the necessary corrections.
4. Save Changes
- Click Save from the dropdown to click OK to apply the updates.
