Patient Reports provides an overview of your patients’ statuses, such as documentation, authorizations, and other information – missing or expiring. For additional information, click on each task.

 


Documents Expiring in 30 Days

This table provides a list of patients whose documents are expiring within the next 30 days. Additionally, you can filter them for time intervals other than 30 days – 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, or custom date ranges. 


Missing Authorizations 

This table provides a list of patients with missing authorizations. Just search for their names, and it will appear in the list below.


Expired Authorizations

This table provides a list of patient authorizations that have expired in a given time range – 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or custom date ranges. 


Authorizations Expiring in 60 Days

This table provides a list of patient authorizations that are about to expire, probably in 60 days. However, you can also view other time ranges – 30 days, 90 days, 120 days, or custom date ranges. 


Authorization Place Holders

This table displays a list of current patients who have placeholders for authorization. However, you can only bill their sessions after they replace placeholders with new authorization. You can view the list of placeholders by selecting the date/date range. 



Patient/Guarantor Pay Clients

It provides a list of patients who are paying out of pocket.



Patient Arrival Information

This table records the patient/ session information along with the patient arrival time for when the patient arrival option has been used.
