This article explains how clients can access Siblings Profile.


How to Access the Sibling Profile?

  1. The primary patient should log in to their Patient Portal.
  2. Upon entering the primary portal, they should click on the drop-down option located at the upper left corner of the screen. This will display all the associated sibling accounts linked to the primary portal.
  3. Once they click on another account (i.e. the sibling), all the information about that sibling will be reflected in the patient portal.
