This article details how providers can view and manage appointments in Timeline View.
The functionalities for managing appointments in Timeline View are identical to those in Calendar View. Review the Calendar View knowledge article to learn how to manage sessions in Appointment Calendar View.
How to Manage Appointments in Timeline View?
Navigate to the Appointment module on the left. Under the drop-down, go to Timeline View.
Functionalities of Timeline View
All the appointments for that day/week/month will be available here. Providers will be able to their appointments here.
- Navigation buttons: Use these buttons to move to the next or previous day/week/month.
- Day/Week/Month Button: Use these buttons to view the timeline view by day, week, or month view.
Note: The provider will only see their sessions unless they are a supervisor or have access to all clients or all providers. - Filter Button: Use the red filter icon on the top right corner to view more filters - Patient, Provider, and Service. Choose your preferred options from the drop-down. Click Go to view your preferred appointment(s).
- Settings Icon: Click the Gear icon to access additional settings for customizing the timeline view.
- Sync Icon: Use this button to sync your TherapyPMS calendar with Google Calendar.
