In TherapyPM, you can easily track and manage staff leaves and time-off requests.
Staff members can apply for leave directly from their Staff Profile. Administrators also have the ability to apply leave on behalf of a provider, if needed.
All submitted leaves will be displayed under the Time Off tab for review and management.
Manage Staff Time Off

Navigate to the Payroll module.
Click on the Time Off tab. You will be redirected to the Time Off Management page, where you can track and manage all leave requests submitted by providers.
To refine your search:

Select a Date Range to view time-off requests within a specific period.
Choose a Leave Type (all leave types created in the practice will be listed).
Select a Status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).
Upon you selecting all the filters, the leave requests will be displayed in a table with the following information:

Staff Name – Name of the staff member requesting leave.
Time Off – Date(s) requested.
Leave Type – Type of leave applied.
Description – Reason provided for the leave request.
Status – Indicates whether the request is approved or rejected.
Use the Action button to approve or reject the leave as needed.

Calendar View: Click the Calendar button in the top-right corner to view leave requests in a calendar format.

Export Data: Use the Download option to export the leave list in PDF or CSV format.
