This article explains how a log can be entered after you have made a call with any patient.


How to enter a call log:

A. Click on the Patient Tab from the left navigation bar and select the appropriate patient.


B. After the patient is selected, access the "Call Log" option. This feature provides four choices: "Add call log," "Edit call log," "View call log," and "Delete call log." The information displayed includes the log's date, the user who created it, the content of the log, and three actions: view (eye icon), edit (pencil icon), and delete (trash icon).


C. Click on the "Add Call Log" option and enter the call log, select the date, and click on the 'Add Log' button.


D. Once you have added the call log, it will be reflected on the screen. To edit a call log, click the Edit Icon(paper pen icon). Make the necessary edits to the log and click on the "Update Log" button to edit it accordingly.
