This article explains how to add an appointment in provider portal. 


How to Add An Appointment?

Note: A provider can add appointments only if the admin enables this option. 


Follow these steps to add appointments in the Provider Portal: 

  1. Plus Icon: Click the "+" icon on the Quick Icon Tray above. Alternatively, you can create appointments by clicking on a space in the appointment module views. 
  2. Add Appointment: A drop icon will suggest two options: Add Patient and Add Appointment. Select the latter. 
  3. Add Appointment Popup: Once you click on Add Appointment, a pop-up will appear. It will provide a multitude of options: 
    1. Individual TherapySchedule individual therapy appointments for patients with active authorization.
    2. Group TherapySchedule a Group Therapy appointment for two or more patients with active authorization. 
    3. Non-BillableSchedule non-billable appointments like training or office time. 
    4. No AuthSchedule No-Auth appointments that do not require authorization or insurance billing 
    5. Block Off TimeReserve your schedule for non-therapy-related activities like meetings, training, or administrative tasks.

Select your preferred appointment type. A pop-up will appear based on your chosen therapy type. For further guidance on navigating the pop-ups, refer to the links below the options.
