TherapyPM offers features in the Staff Biography module that allow users to create and edit sessions for all patients.

1. Click the Staff tab in the left navigation to access the Staff Biography module.
2. In the Biography screen, turn on the Create/Edit Session toggle to provide access to the staff to create/ edit appointments in their Provider Portal.
   
3. Upon turning on the Create/ Edit Session toggle, two toggles will show underneath: Access to Schedule All Patients and Access to Schedule All Providers.
   1. Access to schedule all patients toggle: Turn ON this toggle to enable the provider to schedule appointments for all the patients in the facility. Turn OFF this toggle to enable the provider to schedule only for the patients assigned to the provider.
   2. Access to schedule all providers toggle: Turn ON this toggle to enable the provider to schedule appointments for all the providers in the facility. Turning OFF this toggle gives the provider access to only schedule appointments for themselves.
