The Provider Dashboard of TherapyPM offers a comprehensive, user-friendly interface for providers to manage practice activities efficiently. It provides:

  • Quick access to key functions
  • Insights from graphs and reports 
  • Tools to streamline tasks - managing appointments, timesheets, and patient information. 


Functions and Options in the Dashboard View

The Dashboard View offers functions and options to view and analyze your activities regularly. In other words, it is like an overview of your activities. 

  1. Quick Icon Tray:
    1. In/Out: Denotes whether the provider is working or not working.
    2. Calendar View: Click this icon to open the provider's calendar.
    3. Open the application in full screen.
    4. "+" Icon: Add Patient/Appointment button.
    5. Messenger: Access the in-application messenger to chat with patients and admin.
    6. Notification Icon: View all the notifications here. 
    7. Download Tray: Any report or document downloaded from TherapyPM will be available here.
  2. View Provider Account:
    Clicking your name in the top-right corner, next to the Quick Icon Tray, displays the following options:  
    1. My Profile: Redirects you to the Biography page, where you can add or edit details. 
    2. Change Password: Redirects you to a page to update your password by entering the old one and setting a new one.  
  3. Option Navigation:
    As you navigate to the blue screen on the left, you will see the following modules: 
    1. Dashboard: Displays graphs and charts to show your activities and progress. 
    2. Appointment: Can add, edit, or view appointments and schedules. 
      1. My Schedule: Scheduled appointments are displayed in a List View. 
      2. Calendar View: Scheduled appointments are displayed in a Calendar View. 
      3. Calendar View (New): Scheduled appointments are displayed in a Calendar View with additional features. 
      4. Timeline View: Scheduled appointments are displayed in a Timeline View. 
      5. Recurring Sessions: Provides a list of patients/providers with recurring sessions scheduled. 
    3. Biographic: Add, view, and edit provider information. 
    4. Patients: Access patient information, authorization (view only), and session notes. 
    5. Punch In: Log in your start and end times for attendance. 
    6. Timesheet(s): Filter, edit, and submit timesheet(s).


  4. Chart/Graph:
    1. Treatment Hours Analysis: Shows monthly treatment hours billed for each service, color-coded by CPT codes. 
    2. Total Sessions: This shows the total number of sessions scheduled per month, regardless of their status. 
    3. Total Sessions vs Rendered Sessions: This shows a comparison between total number of sessions and sessions rendered in a month. 
  5. Reports – Patient:
    1. Expiring Documents in 30 Days: Shows a list of documents expiring in 30 days, or other date ranges - 60 days, 90 days, and 120 days. 
    2. Authorization Missing: Provides a list of patients with missing authorizations. Includes First and Last Name. 
    3. Expired Authorizations: Provides a list of patients with authorizations expiring with date ranges - All Time, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. 
    4. Expired Authorizations in 60 Days: Provides a list of patients with authorizations about to expire in 60 days. Also contains other ranges - 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days. 
    5. Authorization Place Holders: Provides a list of patients having authorization place holders. 
    6. Patient/Guarantor pay Clients: Provides a list of patients paying out of pocket. 
    7. Patient Arrival Information: Records patient/session info and arrival times when the arrival option is used. 


  6. Reports – Scheduler
    1. Scheduled Not Rendered: Sessions pending to be rendered, or require cancellation before billing. 
    2. Sessions Not Attended Last Week: Sessions not serviced in the prior week, and require  acceptance/cancellation.
    3. Sessions missing Patient/Provider Signature: A session waiting for the provider/patient signature, and requires rendering and billing. 
    4. Session Note Missing: Sessions with missing notes for the rendered service date. 
    5. Sessions having Unlocked Notes: Sessions that have unlocked notes.
