The Dashboard is a quick snapshot of all the practice management software modules. The graphs and reports are specially curated information that many practices will find helpful, some of which are actionable. See below for all the functions/ options available in the dashboard view.


  1. Quick Icon Tray
    1. In/ Out – Denotes whether the provider is working or not working.
    2. Open the application in full screen.
    3. Create Patient/ Create Appointment button.
    4. Messenger – Access the in-application messenger to chat with patients and admin.
    5. Download Tray – Any report or document downloaded from TherapyPMS will be available here.

    1. Home
    2. My Schedule – All the appointments scheduled for the provider are displayed in a list view.
    3. Recurring Session – View and manage scheduled recurring sessions.
    4. Calendar - All the appointments scheduled for the provider are displayed in calendar view.
    5. Biographic – Add, view, and edit provider information.
    6. Patient(s) – Access patient information, Authorization (view only), and session notes.

    1. Scheduled not rendered
    2. Sessions not attended last week
    3. Sessions missing patient/ provider signature
