This articles give details for patient's to complete their service payment


How to complete service payment in the patient portal:


1. In the Patient Portal, click the My Statement tab in the left navigation.

2. In the Patient Statement screen, select the option UnPaid Statement in the drop-down list at left top corner. Use the checkbox to select the service(s) to be paid and click the Pay button.

3. In the payment completion screen, enter the below information to complete the payment:

  1. The Card Holder Name
  2. The Card Number
  3. The Expiry Month/ Year
  4. The CVC Number
  5. Click the Submit button to complete the payment

4. After clicking the Submit button, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
