The Dashboard provides a quick overview of all modules within the TherapyPM software. The graphs and reports make it easier to stay updated with precise information about the practice. Some of them are tasks that might require immediate action and follow-ups. 

Graphs and Reports

You will see some graphs and reports as you navigate through the Dashboard. Those graphs and reports assist you in understanding and analyzing the performance within your practice, and how you can take steps to address them. 

Graphs: It shows a quick glimpse of your practice’s performance, such as the hours worked, the charges incurred, and how much they billed in total vs paid. It is counted monthly. The dashboard consists of 3 graphs: 

• Treatment Hours Analysis

• Charge Analysis by Service Date 

• Total Billed vs Total Paid  

 
Reports: It offers an in-depth analysis of the practice’s performance. Reports can also be downloaded for record-keeping purposes. The dashboard consists of 6 reports: 

• Today’s Task 

• Patient Reports 

• Staff Reports 

• Billing Reports 

• Scheduler Reports 

• Trending Reports
