TherapyPM allows you to revive any deleted sessions occurring due to multiple reasons.
How to Manage Deleted Sessions?
- In the Settings tab (left), navigate to Appointment Setup. Click on Deleted Sessions.
- Select the relevant date/date range.
- Select the patient(s).
- Select the provider(s) if needed.
- Click Go to generate the deleted sessions.
- To revert deleted sessions, select the necessary sessions by clicking on the checkbox. Then, choose the revert option from the drop-down field, and click on Go.
