This article explains how you can download the report - AR Ledger with Balance


This report includes the Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger - balances, statuses, and comments. It shows you a record of all the insurances and their payment rates.


How to Download AR Ledger with Balance Report?

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab from the navigation bar.
  2. Click on 'AR Ledger with Balance Report.' A pop-up will appear.
  3. Select the date range for the report and click 'Go.' The report will start to generate and you will see the alert. 
  4. Click on the downloads tray from the shortcuts. Then, click 'View More.' 
  5. All the scheduled reports will be displayed here. Once the report has been generated, click on the 'Export' button under the Action column (right). 
  6. Encrypt your report with a password (if needed) and click 'Continue'. The report will be downloaded.


Note: The Export option will appear in the Action column only when the Status column shows Complete. If the download Status is Pending, the Export option won't appear.
