This article explains how the clients can pay their balances.


With TherapyPM, patients will have access to view their Pay Statement as well feature to complete any outstanding payment from their portal.


Payment Processing

  1. In the Patient Portal, click the My Invoice(s) tab in the left navigation.
  2. Click the Manage Invoice tab to view all the invoices generated for the patient. Click the Action (…) button and select the Pay via Credit Card option.
  3. There is an option to use a Card on file or Pay Via a New Card to complete the payment.
  4. Click the Card on the File tab. Select the card to be used and click the Pay button.
  5. Click the Pay Via New Card tab. Enter the below information to complete the payment:

    1. The Card Holder's Name.

    2. The Card Number.

    3. The Expiry Month/ Year.

    4. The CVC Number.

    5. Add a Note if needed.

    6. Click the Pay button to complete the payment.
