This article explains how you request verification of benefits for your clients


Verification of Benefits Request:

To request a verfication of benefits, follow these instructions. 

1. Navigate to the Patient Tab from the navigation menu and select the specific patient for whom you require a benefit verification.

2. Click on the VOB tab and click on VOB RequestThis action will trigger a new pop-up window, where you can provide the required details for the verification request.

3. Fill out the form with accurate information. After entering all the necessary details, click the "Save" button to proceed.

4. You will receive a confirmation on your screen, indicating that your request has been successfully submitted. Additionally, an email containing the requested details will be sent to your designated agent for further processing.

5. The agent will review the request and verify the benefits. Once the verification is complete, they will save the verification form and an email will be automatically sent to the facility administrator, confirming that the patient's Verification of Benefits has been successfully verified. You will also receive a notification in the notification tab, informing you of the verification status.
