This module is used to view the session notes associated with an appointment for the relevant patient.
How to manage session notes from the patient info module:
- Navigate to the patient tab from the navigation bar at the left side of your screen and select the specific patient to access their information.
- After selecting the patient, click on the "Documentation" option to access all the details regarding the patient's appointment sessions.
- Click the Documentation tab at the top.
- Review the notes associated with the respective sessions. You can use the filter option to narrow down to specific appointments.
- Settings icon - Click the icon to view the provider session note access screen. This option lets the admin determine who will have access to the notes
- Action (...) Button - This option gives access to further actions:
- New Template - Click this option to add a new note.
- View/ Edit Notes - View and edit the corresponding session note.
- Copy Notes - Copy an already created session note to create a new session note.
- Upload Notes - Upload a note from the local drive.
- Notes column - This section of the table shows the note added to the appointment along with the information on whether the note is locked or unlocked.
- Click the note block to view the session note.
- The red lock icon indicates that the session note is finalized and locked.
- Settings icon - The same as the provider session note access option available at the top of the screen.
- Note access toggle - Turning the toggle on will give access to the patient to view the corresponding note.
- updatedIf different users with access to the note have made edits to it. Clicking the note block under the Notes column will show the session note history. The names and updated timestamps will be available in the table. The time zone will be the facility time zone. Click the eye icon to view the changes made by the user.
Please note that only the admin can unlock a note or delete it.
