This section offers features to add provider time off along with the ability to track the provider day offs.

In the section, there are two ways in which provider leave can be tracked:

  1. List view.
  2. Leave quota.


Manage leave tracking in the list view


  1. Click the Leave Tracking tab from the left navigation in the Staff Bio module.
  2. Click the Leaves tab on the screen to access the list view.
  3. The table contains the provider's day off information.
    1. Leave type - This describes the type of leave.
    2. Date of holiday - The date of the day off.
    3. Description - The description of the day off.
    4. Applied with - This field describes if the day off is half day or full day.
    5. Status - This column shows if the day off was approved, pending, or rejected.
    6. Action button - 
      1. Edit Icon - Click the icon to edit information.
      2. Delete Icon - Click this icon to remove the provider day off.


Leave Quota


This section gives a dynamic view of the number of days off available, the number of days off used, and the remaining days off for the provider.


  1. Click the Leave Tracking tab from the left navigation in the Staff Bio module.
  2. Click the Leave Quota tab on the screen to access the dynamic leave tracking view.
  3. This sub-tab lists the types of leave that the providers/ staff select when applying for leave.
  4. Initial brought forward - This shows the number of days brought forward. You can also update the number by clicking the change button.
  5. Quota - This shows the number of leave days available for the provider/ staff based on the leave policy of the facility.
  6. Used - This shows the number of leave days availed by the provider.
  7. Remaining - This is the number of leave days after subtracting the initial brought forward and quota by the used leave days.
