The Appointments in the TherapyPMS provider portal can be viewed and managed through three views:


List View - My Schedule


Accessing List View: Click on the "My Schedule" option, which can be found as the second item in the navigation bar. Once there, you will be presented with a list format displaying your upcoming appointments.


  1. Applying Filters: Utilize the filtering options to streamline your view. Filter appointments based on clients, date range, appointment status, and notes taken during the session.
  2. Billable/Nonbillable Toggle: In the List View, you can easily switch between billable and non-billable sessions, offering efficient categorization.
  3. Calendar View: Click this button to view the provider schedule in calendar format.
  4. Download List View: Utilize the download icon to save the list view in formats like PDF or CSV for easy offline reference.
  5. Manage Sessions TableThe table provides all the information about the appointment under the provider.
  6. Action Column (…): This versatile feature offers an array of functions:
    1. Add Notes: Trigger a pop-up box to select and add a pre-defined template from your system settings, such as SOAP Notes.
    2. View Notes: Access and review notes from previously completed sessions.
    3. View HiRasmus Notes: Gain insight into HiRasmus-specific notes for comprehensive understanding.
    4. Copy Notes: Duplicate notes for editing or adaptation.
    5. Address: Retrieve location information associated with the appointment.
    6. Edit Session: Modify session details, such as authorization, service type, and more.
    7. View Signature: Observe both patient and provider signatures for validation.
    8. Upload Notes: Upload documents related to the appointment by selecting "Upload notes." If documents are uploaded, they can be downloaded using the "Download Notes" option.
    9. Charge Patient: Charge the patient for the respective session.
  7. Session Notes Evaluation: You can view the session notes taken during each session. Black indicates no notes are available, yellow indicates notes that require evaluation, and green indicates that the notes have been reviewed and approved.
  8. Drop-down option: This option provides a list of appointment management actions for admins like bulk delete, monthly utilization & total utilization, and update status.
