Introduction to Punch In Feature

The Punch-In module in TherapyPM allows providers to clock in at the start of their day and clock out when they finish work. This status is reflected in the In/Out badge at the top of the provider portal. This feature helps the organization keep accurate records of staff working hours.   


Punch in Process

   1. Go to Punch In Tab in Provider Portal.

   2 .Click on Punch in option to clock in. The system will start counting the time you can use the same button to Punch out. 

  3.You can view all the clock in data in the Clock in requests, To view Choose the Pay roll period and it will show all the clock in and out for each date


Clock in Requests:


a. Here you can Select the payroll period you want to view.

b. Here you can view the list of Dates of the selected pay period.

c. Punch-in time.

d. Punch-out time.

e. Total hours for the date.

f. Status of the data.

g. Option to add or edit log-in and log-out times with notes if missed.

h. Here you can Download the data for future payroll references.
