This articles details on how to create and manage custom appointment statuses in TherapyPM.


  1. Click the Settings tab in the left navigation.
  2. Click the Appointment Setup tab and select the General Settings option.
  3. All the appointment statuses (default and custom) used by the system will be available in the table.
  4. To create a new appointment status, click the Appointment Status button.
  5. Enter the appointment status name and click the Save button.
  6. Users can edit any status by clicking the Edit icon under the Action column.
  7. Delete the created appointment status by clicking the Delete icon under the Action column.
  8. The default statuses (Scheduled, Rendered, and No show) cannot be updated.
  9. Active toggle: Use the toggle to make a status active or inactive.
  10. Cancel toggle: Click the toggle to cancel an appointment status.
  11. Any status created here will be available in the create appointment screen or edit appointment screen.
