This article explains how clients can access their schedule.


The appointment tab provides an overview of the past and upcoming sessions.

Clients can access their schedule in two ways. 

A. My Schedule - It provides a tabular view of your schedule. To access it, follow these steps. 

a. Click on the "My Schedule" tab from the navigation menu and select the desired date range from the drop-down menu. Once you select the date range, you will see the following details.

1. Patient: The patient's name will appear here with a pen icon. If you click on the icon, you can draw or upload the patient's signature. 

2. Service & Hrs: The service providers and the hours will appear here. 

3. Provider: The patient's name will appear here.

4. Place of Service: The place of service for the appointment will appear here. 

5. Scheduled Date: The date of the session will appear here.

6. Hours: The timings of the session will appear here.  

7. Status: The statuses of the session will appear here. It includes "Scheduled," "Rendered," "No Show," "Cancelled by Client (CC), "Cancelled by Provider (CC)", "Deleted" and more.

8. Action Column: In this column, you can perform various actions. 

  • View Notes: Access the session notes the provider has uploaded
  • Address: View the address of the session. 
  • View Session: View the details of the session. 
  • View Signature: View the patient's and the provider's signature.  

B. My Calendar - It provides a calendar view of your schedule. To access it, follow either one of these steps. 

a. Click on the "Calendar View" in the "My Schedule" tab.

b. Click on the "My Calendar" from the navigation menu.

Calendar Display: TherapyPMS has three different display views to choose from. 

  • You can choose between day, week, or month.
  • Navigate to the previous day, week, or month by using the '<' or '>' buttons on the left side of the screen.
  • To view the previous year, simply click on '<<' or '>>'

Hovering over a session allows you to view appointment details, and for more information, click on the session to view a pop-up box, containing all the details.

Please note that the calendar view is the default option. When you log into your account, your calendar will be the first thing you see.
