This article explains how the clients can pay their balances.


Pay Outstanding Balance 

A. Click on the "My Statement" tab in the dashboard menu. 

B. In the "Unpaid Statement" section, you will find a list of unpaid services. Review the list and select any/all the services for which payment is due. After selecting the services, locate the "Pay $" button at the end of the screen and click on it.


C. A new tab will open, prompting you to enter your payment information. You can choose to pay with either a credit or debit card. Fill in the required fields, including Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiry Month, Expiry Year, and CVV, and click on submit. 


D. Once you have paid, you will see a notification that says, “Payment is Successful”. You can review these paid services under the "Paid Statement" menu in the "My Statement" tab.
