Access Telehealth Appointment
To access and start your telehealth appointment, follow these steps. 


A. Log into the client portal.


B. Locate the appointment in the calendar view. To access the appointment, you can do either of these two ways:

1. Click on "Calendar View" within the "My Schedule" tab

2. Alternatively, click on "My Calendar" in the navigation menu

You can identify your telehealth appointment by looking for a video icon within the appointment overview. Once you click on the appointment, a popup box displaying appointment details will appear on your screen. In the pop-up box, click on 'Start Telehealth Appointment' to initiate the session.

C. Read and acknowledge all the instructions and click on the "Start Your Session" button. This action will open a new tab where you would need to fill in your name and join the meeting. You will have the feature to mute or unmute your video, and audio, enlarge the screen, share window/screen, and chat during the call.
