A. Managing Claim(s): Click the Manage Claim(s) tab.


See below the steps to manage claim(s):

  1. Select the To date from the calendar selection.
  2. Sort by (1) selection - Select one of the options to filter the data.
  3. Make a selection from the list like patient or provider or other filter.
  4. Sort by (2) selection - optional
  5. Click the Get Claim(s) button to view manage claims in TherapyPMS.
  6. Billing Rules Setting.
  7. Download Icon - Click this option to download the list as CSV or EXCEL format.


B. Managing Claim(s) data table - See below the information available in the table.

  1. Claim - Click the claim number to view the claim. Tags will also be available near the claim number.
  2. Payor Name
  3. Patient Name
  4. The date range of the claim
  5. Total claim amount
  6. Contract Amount
  7. F. Billed date
  8. L. Billed date
  9. Scrubbing status - This shows if the scrubbing is complete or if there are any callouts.
  10. Authorization No.
  11. Action
    1. View HCFA - Click the option to view the HCFA form.
    2. Corrected Claim - Click the option to the corrected claim.
    3. Download EDI - Click the option the EDI as text file.

C. Drop-Down Selection - Select the claims using the checkbox(s) use the drop-down option and click the Save/OK button.
