The Facility Setup module helps you configure the essential operational details of each practice location. It ensures consistency, personalization, and compliance across various facilities. 

Some of the key sub-features of Facility Setup include:

  1. Forms Builder:

Design and customize forms according to your practice’s workflow needs with the drag-and-drop form builder tool. View, edit, delete, or add new templates to your existing forms, too. For more information, please visit this article!

  1. Forms & Library: 

TherapyPM consists of a pre-existing library, under which you can access various standardized forms. You can either use our general forms or the ones customized according to the facility’s needs. For more information, please visit this article! 

  1. Name & Location:

You can add basic information about your facilities in two different boxes – Box 33 & Box 32. 

  • Box 33 is used for filling in the details about your practice headquarters, and the information remains constant.


 

  • Box 32 is used for filling in the details about various branches of your practice, and contains multiple entry options. Sometimes, you can also fill in the same details as Box 33. 

The common field entries include the facility’s official name, address, contact information, and its time zone. The information entered here is useful for scheduling, billing, and documentation purposes on TherapyPM. For more information, please visit this article!

  1. Holiday Setup:


Customize the holidays on which the facility(s) will be closed. You can add/delete your holiday types and/or US federal holidays in the list. Additionally, you can also bypass holiday validation accordingly. This holiday setup ensures accurate scheduling while preventing conflicts with staff and patient appointments.
