Patient - How to Edit an Existing Call Log for Patients?

- Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/.
- Click the Patients module to access the Patients list and select the patients.

- In the patient info module, click the call option.
- To edit the added call log, click the edit icon under the Action column.
